Acceptance and scope

These Terms of Service govern your use of Keyo, a service provided by Keyo Payments Private Limited, including our website, authenticated application, AI-powered document tools, subscriptions, and one-time purchases. By accessing or using Keyo, you agree to these Terms and to the related policies linked from this page.

If you are using Keyo on behalf of a company or another person, you confirm that you have authority to bind that party to these Terms.

Eligibility and account responsibilities

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Keyo. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account details, safeguarding credentials, and all activity that occurs under your account.

  • Provide accurate and current registration information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials
  • Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access
  • Ensure you have the rights and permissions needed for all content you upload or process through Keyo

Permitted use and restrictions

Keyo is designed to help users draft, refine, format, and export career documents. You may use the service only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms.

  • Do not upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, or deceptive content
  • Do not attempt to bypass access controls, quotas, or payment flows
  • Do not reverse engineer or interfere with the platform
  • Do not use Keyo to impersonate others or misrepresent your qualifications in a fraudulent way

Your content and AI-assisted output

You retain ownership of the content you submit to Keyo. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to host, process, transmit, and render that content solely to operate, secure, and improve the service.

Keyo uses AI to generate suggestions, rewrites, and structured content. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate, and you remain responsible for reviewing all generated content before using it in job applications or sharing it with third parties.

Keyo does not provide employment, legal, immigration, or HR advice. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, or hiring outcomes.

Subscriptions, top-ups, and billing

Paid access may be offered through recurring subscriptions, one-time purchases, or usage top-ups. Prices, plan features, billing cadence, and renewal terms are presented at checkout or in the product.

  • Recurring plans renew automatically until cancelled
  • You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the selected payment method for applicable fees and taxes
  • Top-up or one-time purchases may be provisioned immediately once payment succeeds
  • We may change pricing or plan packaging prospectively with notice where required

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel a subscription to stop future renewals. Unless a law requires otherwise or a billing error occurred, fees are generally non-refundable once the applicable billing period, access grant, or top-up has been provisioned.

Additional details are described in our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property and feedback

Keyo, including the software, templates, branding, workflows, and product design, is owned by Keyo Payments Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

If you send us product ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you allow us to use that feedback without restriction or compensation, unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

Availability, changes, and suspension

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service as the product evolves. We may also suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe there is a security threat, payment issue, abuse, legal risk, or breach of these Terms.

We are not obligated to maintain any specific feature indefinitely, though we aim to provide reasonable notice for material customer-facing changes where practical.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Keyo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly secure operation, and we do not guarantee any hiring or commercial outcome from using the service.

To the extent permitted by law, Keyo Payments Private Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data arising from or related to the service.

Governing law, disputes, and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, excluding conflict of law principles. Disputes arising from or related to Keyo or these Terms will be resolved by the courts having competent jurisdiction in India, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Questions about these Terms should be sent to support@keyo.in with the subject prefix [Legal].
